In order for our customer's to check the status of their tickets. They can simply check all their tickets status right from the ticketing portal. While logged in the portal you can click on your username (top right), this will prompt a drop down sub menu from the menu option you will select (Request) option. This will allow you to see the status of all tickets. Open, Closed, & Resolve.
